myParcels.ie is a parcel comparison service that helps you compare shipping rates from multiple courier providers in Ireland. We act as an intermediary between you, and various courier services. See Privacy Policy.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided through our service are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual parcel dimensions, weight, and delivery requirements. Prices shown are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Bookings & Payments

When you book a shipment through myParcels.com, you are entering into a contract with the selected courier service. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your payment information.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship items that are prohibited by Irish law or the courier services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Dangerous goods and hazardous materials

• Illegal substances

• Firearms and weapons

• Live animals

• Perishable food items (unless using approved services)

5. Liability & Insurance

Liability for lost or damaged parcels is governed by the terms and conditions of the courier service you select. We recommend purchasing additional insurance for valuable items. myParcels.ie is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by courier service. Generally, bookings may be cancelled within a certain timeframe before collection. Please refer to the specific courier's terms for details on refund eligibility.

7. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with GDPR and Irish data protection laws. Your information is used solely to provide our service and communicate with you about your shipments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
